If it is a standard rate, you have 48 hours to cancel the booking, after that there will not be any refunds. If is a non refundable, this reservation doesn't accept cancellations nor modifications.

Si se trata de una tarifa estándar, dispones de 48 horas para cancelar la reserva; pasado ese plazo, no se realizarán reembolsos. Si se trata de una tarifa no reembolsable, esta reserva no admite cancelaciones ni modificaciones.

You can check in from 2:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your bags with us and return later.

Te puedes registrar a partir de las 14:00h. Si llegas antes puedes dejar tus maletas con nosotros y volver más tarde.

Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. If you're planning to enjoy the rest of the day, we can store your bags and pick them up whenever you want.

According to Organic Law 4/2015 on Citizen Security, to stay in a hotel, all guests who will be spending the night must present their ID, NIE, or passport. This requirement is mandatory.

Según la ley orgánica 4/2015 de seguridad ciudadana, para alojarse en un establecimiento hotelero es necesario presentar el DNI, NIE o pasaporte de todas las personas que vayan a pernoctar en el establecimiento. Este requisito es de obligada necesidad.

If is a standard rate booking: 50% of the total will be charged at the moment of the booking, the following 50% will be charged 1 day prior arrival. If is a non refundable, 100% of the booking will be charged at the moment of the reservation.

En caso de una reserva con tarifa estándar, se cargará el 50% del importe total en el momento de realizar la reserva, y el 50% restante se cobrará un día antes de la llegada. Si se trata de una tarifa no reembolsable, se cobrará el 100% del importe en el momento de la reserva.

We're open 10:00 AM to 3:00 AM. When making your reservation, remember to indicate your arrival time, and someone will always be waiting for you.

We don't offer breakfast, but we can tell you about a nearby spot you'll love.

The rooms are cleaned daily. If you're staying with us for several days, we also change the towels and sheets daily according to your preferences. Everything will be ready for your return.
